One year ago today was a really good day! On the most perfect Saturday, I married my best friend in front of our loved ones.

We've both grown a lot this year. I've learned about myself, about my husband, about what it means to be a true partner. It isn't perfect all day, every day, but I'm so happy to have him beside me through thick and thin. We are building traditions and talking about the next steps in our adventure. I think Zach is happy too. I like to remind him that his life would be so boring without me. It's fun, and we both know it!
I have some happy memories to reflect upon every April 14.

The bird seed pictures are my favorite. They make me laugh out loud every time. Also, because we got away with throwing bird seed on the steps. It made me so happy to go Mass a week later and still see the seeds and lavender there. I'm easily delighted.
